This property seemed pretty new. Everyone was very friendly. Stores and a variety of places to eat were nearby along with a mall, Wal-Mart and Target. I will definitely return.

Great hotel

Hotel was centrally located for everything we did. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was okay. It consisted of a biscuit sandwich, fruit, juice, coffee, etc... Everything prepackaged. Staff was very attentive. We didn't use the pool so can't comment on that.

Money well spent

It was an overall good experience. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They also serve breakfast from 6 to 9 am. They serve your usual waffles, eggs, sausage or bacon. They also have yogurt, bagels, toast,etc. The receptionist was very nice and accomodating.

This is by far the best hotel experience I've had during all my trips to the Beaumont/Port Arthur area. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. My flight to Houston arrived hours earlier which meant arriving at the hotel three hours prior to check-in, the front desk staff had my room ready in minutes which was amazing. The hotel itself is very nice and modern. The rooms are huge, very clean, and very pretty. They have a small kitchen with a full fridge, stove, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery, etc...plus you can borrow other small appliances downstairs. This was a fantastic experience and I will definitely use this hotel from now on instead of the Marriott Courtyard or the Hilton.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean property, good breakfast included in rate, housekeeping was a bit spotty some days (no new towels or coffee one day, and no soap, shampoo or spare roll of TP another day) and was just fine other days. Nice pool, consistent wi-fi. Well stocked kitchen.
