"Both my rooms smelled like pee. When I stated that all that was done was the room was sprayed with air freshener. key card wouldn't work in the gym room and asked staff twice about it she just kept saying she don't know. For the price i paid it was not worth it"

"Stay in hotels monthly. Was not happy when I arrived late in the evening to hear the elevator is out. Had to lug a few trips in the hotbox of a stairwell. Upon entrance, floor showed visible signs of filth. Bathroom had no tissues. Box was empty. Water pressure in bathroom was less than desirable. ..."
