"My husband & I were not sure if HomeBridge would live up to the very good reviews we’d read. However, we were both impressed by the large, clean, and quiet room. We’re planning to rebook for our next trip to Beaumont!"

"The room itself was nice but I can tell that the bathroom was not cleaned. There was a plastic fork under the sink and dark streaks on the floor. It hadn’t been swept. The bed sheets were clean, however. The ac wasn’t working the greatest. Instead of it being cool it would get hit then cool off. We only stayed one night so we endured. Sadly, I expected more for a newer hotel. On a lighter note, the breakfast was good."

"Hotel smelled super funky - expensive for what it was. There was a huge hole in my bathroom door that was patched with something but looked like a child DIY project. The breakfast looked pretty awful so we skipped."

"Staff was very good. Property was under construction so had some messy areas. Pool was well maintained and the kids had a great time swimming. In room sofa bed was not comfortable but housekeeping brought more bedding to make it doable. Elevator were on and off due to mechanical repairs but front desk directed us to service elevator which served our needs. Service in all departments made up for other shortcomings. We would stay there again."

"I stay in many la Quinta hotels, and this one by far was the dirtiest. The outside and lobby look good, but the rooms are another story. There was small amounts of mold all over the room. On the curtains on the lampshades and on the shower curtain. When we first went in the room the air conditioner was off and the room was hot and humid. It happened to storm while we were there and water was leaking in above the air conditioner all over the floor I would probably rate this room a 3 or 4 stars,...

"The room was basically clean except they didn't clean the floors Staff was nice Not pet area but we made do just made sure we cleaned up after her Parking lot was good Pool area wasn't clean beer bottles everywhere n trash We left a day early due to tropical storm he said we would be getting a refund for a days stay but has not shown up yet!! (WE DIDN'T ASK FOR IT BUT HUSBAND WAS TOLD WE WOULD.! ) Not too bad not real nosey"

"Gia at the front desk was amazing. The supervisor was very rude and not considerate of guests. He made Gia handle most of the workload and it was very frustrating to watch."

"Despite a slightly gloomy appearance, the room was good with a very comfortable bed. I would ask what is the point of having a telephone in the room ? A sign at reception list facilities including "free local calls". Having had a long day thought I phone for a food delivery- the phone was dead. When asking about this at reception was told no calls available. I pointed out the free local calls sign and the lady again said they don't do that. She then said she'd phone her manager - who didn't...
