"Hotel itself was little old but it's all cleaned well and the room was spacious. Staff are super helpful and fulfilled all my needs, very professional and gentle. Location is 10min walk from station and easy access. Overall it's a great place with good value. I'll defnetely stay again. "

"Once we had found the entrance which isn't that well sign-posted (my only complaint), we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room and the relative ease of parking (we only had to pay until 6pm and Sundays are free). Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, given that the menu in the room only mentioned continental style but plentiful, good quality hot food was available. "Old, characterful building that we thought must have been recently redecorated, but no, just kept clean and well-presented. Hotel is on an elevated spot away from traffic noise. Plenty of free, easy parking. Warm welcome at reception. Christmas lights had just gone up that day which were tastefully done and looked lovely inside and out. We wanted to go into Leeds City Centre. We drove to the Park&Ride which was easy, efficient and gave a regular service. Definitely recommend this place. "
