"My stay did not meet the cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards I expect from a Marriott property. The original room had multiple visible cleanliness and maintenance issues in the bathroom, including stains, damaged surfaces, and marks on the walls and tub area. I reported the concerns immediately, but no replacement room was available the first night, requiring me to remain in unacceptable conditions.
Additionally, my dining experience the first evening was disappointing. The food was undercooked, the dining tables were visibly dirty, and it appeared the waitress was working alone, which negatively impacted service and overall cleanliness in the restaurant area.
Although the staff did move me to another room on the second day, no suites were available and I was placed in a double room instead. While I appreciate the eventual effort to accommodate me, the delayed resolution and overall condition of both the room and dining experience significantly affected my stay."
