Do Not Book This Stay
When we arrived the unit was trashed and not cleaned from the previous renters. No one answered our calls to come clean the unit. We were stuck in the snow with no service. Luckily the ski resort had a room for us. It has been almost a week and still no word from the property. They are ignoring us. I have to report fraud to my bank and hotels.com isn’t helping either.
