Lovely views across the vineyard and lake, Wine tasting was very enjoyable in such a lovely setting. Staff very friendly.

This was our second stay at the hotel - despite the below average reception experience the first time round - mostly due to the hotel's location right by the lake, which allowed us to go swimming in the lake as well as the pool without any hassle. Really friendly owner on checking in. Really clean and comfortable room. Perfect for one night stopover! Be careful when walking into main town which was too far to walk as we ended up getting bus after 1.5 miles walk and then cab home ! Lovely Motel 👌

One night stay. Friendly attentive staff, good food. Very peaceful location, great place to relax. They do have pizza evenings which may make it a little less peaceful. Enjoyed carrot cake from bakery.

The first class hospitality, the personal touch which made us so very welcome. The room was very comfortable which everything provided that you could possibly require. The breakfasts were simply superb and all freshly prepared and served with a desire to please which they did each day. We could not fault any element of our stay it was great.

Great few days in Summerland exploring Okanagan Lake and relaxing in the amazing surroundings. We had a great time slowing down a little from our adventure road trip between Vancouver and Calgary.

Room was clean, good location.

Stopped here 3 times would not stop anywhere else when in Penticton.
