"This is a fantastic property with very friendly staff and great amenities. We loved the breakfast, swimming pool and hot tub. The rooms were very clean and the staff ensured that we had a pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Kelowna with Family. We stayed here for 3 nights. The Balcony room with lake view is an added attraction"

"This hotel is very beautiful. Rooms confortable. I found that the service could improve. When someone is waiting and the frontdesk staff is typing away on the computer, it would be nice to have been acknowledged. "Hi, I will be with you in just one moment". Also once we got to the door to our room, the key did not work. I went back to the frontdesk and a very somber staff member, fixed the key, and there was not an apology or a real acknowledgement to the inconvenience. Would it keep me from not staying again? No, but there is some room for improvement."

"We enjoyed the resort but we wouldn’t choose this resort again. We were in the Eldorado side and I think we expected it to be more updated I guess. It’s a beautiful spot, but could use some renovations. We were also disappointed that the boardwalk was closed for upgrades and the pool in our building was closed for maintenance (and we still got charged a resort fee). "
