Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff.

Gode senger og fine basseng

Helt greit hotell med gode senger og to fine basseng. Ligget høyt oppe og du bør ha egen bil eller beregne taxi hver gang du skal ut. Rommet vi fikk lå like ved bassenget men hadde ikke utsikt. Rengjøring og skifte av håndkle annenhver dag.

差点没地方住。

度假村处于半停业状态，几乎没有客人。公寓面积大，景观不错，可一看就是很久设人住了，冰箱等都是现接通的。前台没人，打过电话后来了两位清洁工，经理始终通过电话和我们沟通。

modern and luxurious rooms

the hotel is well appointed - very modern apartments with a high spec - wonderfully spacious with a fantastic balcony with good views and overlooking the pool own restaurant serves delicious food and well priced however hotel is about a kilometer away from the beach and town centre up an extremely steep hill which can take some getting up on a very hot day

Beautiful resort with nice staffs

I was lucky to chose this apartment hotel because it was clean and beautiful, the staffs are really kind, meals in restaurants are tasty and the price is reasonable. It's a little bit far from the old city but a taxi company with good price is associated with this hotel so it was convenient to go out there.

Hotellet var inte i den klass vi hade förväntat oss, det var smutsigt, luktade illa i köket, air-condition och wifi fungerade inte i vare sig vårt eller vårt resesällskaps lägenhet. Vi fick gå ut för att använda wifi. I gymmet var redskapen trasiga. Kan absolut INTE rekommendera detta hotell.

Super sejour

Appartement conforme à la description Superbe vue super service en anglais 2 piscines très sympa (eau pas 100% transparente peut être du à la chaleur ...38 deg dehors) restaurant sur place très correct et supérette à 10m pour manger dans l appartement seul pb rencontré : des groupes de jeunes touristes sans gêne qui rentrent de soirée bruyamment à 5h.

lack of facilities but good service

I booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, but the room for only 2 adults was ready. We complained and fortunately they changed a bigger room with nice view. Good service. We required many things and they tried to make it as possible as they could. Good restaurant. But the restaurant didn't get the credit card. We enjoyed 2 swimming pools available 24 hours. Rooms were not fully ready. Some were lack of facilities. Make sure there was no shampoo or bathtub.

nice rooms - Great service - awesome view !!

we spent 7 nights at the Spa Resort and we can recommend it to anyone without any doubts. the rooms are quite big and equipped with everything you need. Although it's on a small hill, you get very cheap and fast (1-1.5Euro/5mins) to the center in Budva by taxi and you got those stunning views as compensation for that. The resort manager helped us with everything whenever we needed her. Thanks for a great time Ana
