"While the staff at the hotel were friendly, there were many things wrong with this hotel. The air conditioning in the front lobby was out and it was very hot. The elevator was out of service. The room air conditioning did not get cold. All of the TVs were out of service. There was a tank top and toys that have been left in the room from previous occupant."
