"Loved the facilities and hotel. Very quiet and convenient. Our keys never worked either a card and digital key. We went multiple times to ask for keys and got replacements. On Sat. night, late, approx. 1 am, we needed new keys again and had to wait over 25 min. at the front desk for an employee. We even knowing on the office for behind the main desk. The day we left, our key didn't work and the employee had to walk me to the room as the check out had been processed at 9 am when the...

"The lobby looks wonderful. The halls are very dark. Hall carpet looked good. Room 142 was clean and spacious. Flooring in bathroom was a little wonky and there was rust(?) around the bathtub water spout. Water was hot. My adult daughter and I stayed 1 night, queen beds. Breakfast was routine. So everything was okay, until I got home that night and broke out in 62 horrendously itching large bumps. Bedbugs! My daughter didn't get any bites from her bed."

"The room and property was clean overall but it’s all out dated. The A/C didn’t work well in the room. If you need a microwave you have to go up to the 25th floor which is ridiculous as we were on the 9th floor. The valet took over 45 minutes to get our car for us when we were leaving. When outside there are nasty homeless people everywhere. The coffee shop downstairs was pretty good though. Would consider going back after updates."
