"Clean Hotel and great staff"

"The property was nice the property was clean the problem we had with this Hilton just like the last three Hilton properties we have stayed at is we can’t get our room cleaned. We have talked to the hosts and hostess’s of all the Hilton properties and have been unable to get our rooms cleaned. We put our placard which says we want the room cleaned but they are ignored. Why do we pay for a Hilton and get motel six service. Our rooms don’t get cleaned so every single evening we end up going to the desk to get towels and wash clothes."

"Even though my flight didn’t leave until 10Am the only shuttle available to the airport was at 5:30am so I missed the complementary breakfast. My room only had two water cups and no coffee cups or coffee pods. The room was very clean and the staff was helpful but too busy for me."

"The lobby was ok but the walk to the room was very dirty. The carpart looked like it had never been vacuummed. The room was disgusting. Everything looked like it had never been wiped down. The piece of furniture that was considered the night stand looks like it had stayed under water for days. The towels had holes in them. And to top it off, there were 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. I did not stay. The front desk staff was pleasant and gave a discount. But I will never be back."

"Worst experience ever. All the elevators were out during our stay and we were assigned a room on the 4th floor. For a 65 yr old women 4 flights of stairs was a lot. Once in my room I felt like I was held captive be because the stairs were too much physical activity. No apology, no compensation nothing was offered for our inconvenience. Never again. "

"Run down basically needs some TLC. Door barely closed and the room was just kind of run down and old. "
