"Great hotel in a good location. Room was lovely with good views.
Lost a star on our rating as our welcome gift of wine and charcuterie wasn't received and the gent at reception who checked us in wasn't helpful at all too busy chatting and whilst acknowledging we were owed it just kept pushing us to ask others - in the end we had to add the wine to our room. "No opening windows for fresh air.
The layout was odd, a broken work desk was placed in front of premium views. Views from other areas of the room were blocked by the desk. Limited to no cutlery were available. No bags were available for sanitary items. No parking was available at the hotel."

"Waited over 45 minutes for our shuttle pick up from airport. Our check in was a very perfunctory matter but reception staff the next morning were far more engaging and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. Our room was pretty mingy - sad decor, one side of the bed against the wall, flickering light. Okay for one night."
