The parking lot was full and many Travellers had to park in broken concrete areas or in totally different places and walk to the hotel. Overall the stay was convenient, clean, and staff was nice."

"First, the hotel is under renovation and that was not mentioned on the website. Second, the pool was closed due to the renovation. Third, I asked for my room to be cleaned on day 4 and no one ever came. Fourth, my air conditioner froze up. I unplugged it ( I am EPA certified for HVAC). "The hotel could really use to clean the carpets. They look nasty. That’s the first thing you see when you walk into a hotel in the lobby and in the hall going to your room. That’s not a very good first impression. The staff did not come in and refreshed my room until the last night, and only after I ask. I was kind of disappointed. In the morning for the complementary breakfast, you had to ask for a banana and sometimes they did not have them. That’s a pretty simple item to keep in stock....
