"Room carpet was filthy and torn. Room was musty and had fleas, pool had no towels and pool umbrellas required multiple requests to open. I distinctly asked if $50 incidental charge would be credited upon check out. Front desk assured me it would but then charged me $28 additional amenity/reservation fee.
