The Lodge Lake Chelan
Rooms were clean, beds were too soft and uncomfortable. No staff. Coffee and creamer, but no sugar and no stir sticks.

Mountain View Lodge and Resort

Desert Canyon Golf Resort
Most of our stay no staff was available. So many things did not work in our room. The microwave has a horrible squeal, fireplace had gas turned off and did not work. Our shower would only pull half water out the shower and the other half in the tub. I let them know that on day 1 and nothing was done. ...
