JW and Edward made us feel immediately welcome, and Jim brought a wonderful, rustic charm to the experience—complete with Aqua Velva and classic, old-school amenities. Combined with the stunning turn-of-the-century decor, five-star dining, an incredibly comfortable room, and flawless room service, our stay was nothing short of perfect."

"Wow. That’s all I can say, wow. Our room had a full kitchen (except for an oven but I think the microwave could do something like that), wonderful kitchen, living room, double beds. So nice! The kids’ shop is so delightful. Whoever the buyer is, round of applause! Way to go! Best kids’ selection in a shop I think I have ever seen. Can’t wait to go back!!"

"Room was very nice and clean. The staff helped me check in and when they learned my pet was a cat and not a dog, they offered to move my room to a higher floor. The check out staff and housekeepers were very friendly as well."

"The service was really good here - Staff was super helpful and friendly whenever I had any issues. However, I thought that it was a bit lacking overall compared to budget/cheaper options nearby. My friend’s parents stayed at the Crystal Inn, and it seemed to be a better stay. I thought the amenities/quality here would be worth the lack of free parking and breakfast, but that was not the case. For the first room we were put into, the lock did not work properly. "Staff are gracious and communication is awesome! I loved the layout and design finishes (feels very posh)! The amenities are very much appreciated, including the huge refrigerator, washer and dryer (bigger than what I have at home)! I felt very relaxed and looked forward to returning to the room. Our friends were equally impressed and will look into Placemakr properties in the future."
