Our bags were taken to our room and we had a welcome drink on the terrace overlooking the spectacular Douro Valley. We joined other guests for a family style meal and enjoyed getting to know people from many different countries. Amazing place to relax, appreciate the area, with a wonderful team to help with questions and make the visit super comfortable."

"Location is perfectly situated in peaceful surroundings yet short drive into town, absolutely beautifully decorated inside and outside, family owned by wonderful people who made us feel more like family than renting guests, breakfast served to your table with homemade honey, marmalades, and meats/regional cheese, and fresh bread! Our room was comfortable and had a nice view of the mountain…a/c worked quietly and efficiently. Bathroom small but shower had hot water and ample room to place...

"Et fantastisk lille hotel i middelalder byen Trancoso. Hotellets personale er meget venlige og serviceminded. Dejlig frisk morgenmad hver dag. Værelserne rengjort dagligt, og sengene redt. Dejligt fredeligt pool område med liggestole mv. Et hotel der ligger i centrum, hvor der er 20 m til kaffe på torvet, 40 meter til en kold øl og flere restauranter inden for komfortabel gå afstand. "
