Enjoyed our stay, staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms recently updated very clean. Unfortunately the entire hotel, including non smoking rooms smells a bit like cigarettes. Staff was very helpful when we asked to move to another room due to smell, and helped find us a room that smelled less of cigarettes. Spent most time at the pool so we enjoyed the amenities.

The hotel was in a good location and very well presented. The rooms were clean and spacious. I found the bed very comfortable and the bathroom had great lighting. I did not use any of the dining restaurants, save for one breakfast, I did order room service. The food was prepared quickly and was of a high standard. Breakfast was not included in my stay and I had one breakfast, the price of which I found to be quite steep. Whilst I did not use the gym or the pool, both looked clean, modern and of a good standard. The gym had plenty of different types of equipment and was spacious and airy. The spa area was a little tired and in need of some updating; for example, in one of the steam rooms there was no interior handle. Generally a good stay but then I would expect that standard given the cost of staying there.

Our favourite part about this hotel was the breakfast! Absolutely incredible and still dreaming about it. Staff and service were great and facilities were fantastic. The room itself was a little underwhelming and dated compared to the rest of the hotel but was overall a pleasant stay.

The Movenpick Beirut is the best choice in the area. The pool complex is one of the best in the world. Everything is clean and the service is the best around. The manager Ashraf was extremely accommodating and the breakfast dining room staff provided the highest level of service. Some guest rooms have not yet been updated, but they are in the process. Overall, you cannot go wrong with this property.

+The room was big and nice + Breakfast and dinner at the Lebanese restaurant was perfect! -The service at the reception is poor. The manager was rude. -the pool was so crowded. Most of the people are not from the hotel. In the end of the day, there were plastic cups on the bottom that we stepped on constantly, and hair ((( I definitely expected more from a Mövenpick!
