I Can find Better

My stay at Urban Central Suites was not as satisfactory as I had hoped. While the location was great, I found the overall experience lacking in several areas. The amenities didn’t quite meet the standards advertised. Customer service was great but they charged me extra for allowing my kid sleeping in the couch. It wasn’t terrible, but I was definitely expecting more for the price.

It was good, but accomadations weren't that good. The Hotel is very nice and new, therefore, not everything is ready yet like: the hotwater (we had to open it during 10 minutes nefore it gets hot), the television satellite wasn't working neither and the breakfast isn't good enough. The overall was good, the hotel is very good but needs time to work on small details, which make the difference

Öncelikle ilgi ve alakalarından dolayı hotel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ederim. Kısmi de olsa güzel bir manzarası olan balkonlu bir odada kaldım. Temizlikte sorun yaşamadım, odanın kliması çok iyi çalışıyordu. Kahvaltıda çok fazla çeşit yoktu ama olanlarda lezzetliydi. Konum olarak merkezi gezilecek yerlere uzak olsada ancak güzel bir misafirperverlik sizi bekliyor.

Everything was terrible. From the check-in experience to the smelly room. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes for some weird phone conversation between the receptionist and the manager to "find" my reservation. It was not welcoming and it was stressful. The AC does not work properly either. What else... I can't remember all the negatives I experienced.

This hotel sustained a lot of damage from the Beirut explosion in August, but you wouldn’t know it. The hotel has been rebuilt and refurbished. The rooms are clean and the staff were extremely responsive to any request. My husband needed a quiet area to work and they provided a space for him right away. Hats off to all the staff. Ghina, Rakan and Elie were excellent ambassadors to the well known Lebanese hospitality.
