"Upon arriving at the motel, I was informed that they do not accept online reservations. As a result, I had to use hotel.com to request a refund, which I have not yet received. Despite my efforts to contact the motel, they consistently advise me to speak with the manager, but there is no manager available. I had to pay upon arrival, and they were unwilling to issue a return."

"I had a very short stay in the area so the accommodations were sufficient. It was decent. Clean enough. The walls are thin; I could hear the person in the next room and people in the hall, and lots of noise above also. The breakfast was basic, typical. Overall I’d say that if you’re on a budget or staying for a very short time, this place is fine."

"Our room was large with comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff overseeing the breakfast was very helpful and polite. There was a small issue with our room, but maintenance fixed it immediately. Excellent facility, staff, and amenities."

"The room was clean and I loved the free shuttle to the arena! Only con is that we stayed on the eleventh floor. The front desk representative asked us high or low floor but failed to tell us that the twelfth floor was being renovated! So at 7am we were awakened to loud hammering and drilling. The view from the room was beautiful and we loved the amenities, we would’ve chosen another floor if we were privy to the renovations."

Cleanliness- Lobby, elevators, hallways and rooms were meticulously clean. Location- In Greektown area of downtown very walkable and felt safe even in late evening. (Great to walk to Comerica Park and restaurants. Parking- Valet to the garage across the street. Might have saved a few $ if used outdoor lot on corner but no complaint. CONS- Nothing!! This is a...

"Parking is only valet and they honk the entire time up the ramp. The pool is definitely small- smaller hot tub but both were nice! And the sauna was great too!"
