"Very friendly curteous staff. Great location for first time Manila visitors. Conveniently located very close to offices, shopping, laundry etc. Staff is very polite. On the day of the arrival, staff let us check in early and gave the room. I was impressed to see the staff always checked our taxi cars after we arrived to see if we had taken everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel apartment."

"I enjoyed my room overall. I would’ve liked my room serviced a bit more though. I had to consistently ask for toilet paper, coffee and tea, and fresh towels. I also had to specifically request (in addition to the make up room sign) for housekeeping to come in. The housekeeper was very nice though.
Breakfast was good but I didn’t expect that I’d be limited to one drink and one plate of food off the menu each day. Although the food was good, I was often still hungry after I finished eating....

"The staff was amazing to me as I visited my family in the Philippines, helping with with any request and arrangements. They also upgraded my room which was very appreciated. I will be going back regularly to visit my family and will be happy to stay at the Jazz Towers again. Beautiful views of the city, great location with everything a person needs in the Jazz Towers complex and associated shopping mall including a supermarket and great restaurants such as the Viking Buffet and Dumpling...

"Service was great, but the facility is quite old. There were a few problems with the room: tv and stove, lights, etc. that needed repairs. But as I noticed the issues, they sent someone right away to fix them. It's quite common for the photos of a hotel to misrepresent the actual quality and condition of the rooms. No exception here. But, the room was comfortable and reasonable. Service was good. "

AC and bathroom fans sounded like airplane engine. So dirty I slept in my clothes and didn't take shower. Left the next day even though I had paid for six days. "
