"My review is on the Sister property Sugar Beach as we received a free upgrade to stay there which was way better. The Sugar Beach property was very well maintained beautiful and updated we really enjoyed our stay, lots of loungers by the adult pool and lots of space on the beach and great rattan covered beds on the beach and nature built umbrellas. "We had a wonderful time with our two children at Heritage Le Telfair. Kids club and babysitting services were great. We managed to get an evening to ourselves at the adults only Indian restaurant where chef Harry Singh cooked up a delicious meal. Having Josh as our personal butler was fantastic, he ensured our every request was fulfilled without delay. Service in the restaurants and around the pool became a little slow as the resort became busier, so that could be an area for improvement."

"We had an amazing stay at Preskil and we had a lovely sea view where we could also see the pool. The bathroom was amazing with double sinks, powerful shower and a lot of space. The bed was massive and very comfy. The room was spacious and I loved the decor and aesthetics. Staff were lovely and we enjoyed the water skiing that was included. We also received a beach bag on arrival which was a lovely touch."

"Our home for the week was fantastic, clean and comfortable with the air conditioner being a saviour. The turn down service was great, though missed for a couple of nights or 3. Unfortunately there was no filter coffee in the room, although I had enquired about that before arrival, and was told that there was filter coffee. The various restaurants were good value food-wise, with the Teak elephant being the best, in our opinion. I used the gym a few times and was impressed with the equipment."

"Great location, however the access was a bit tricky. We reached there in the night and the maps were inaccurate. Staff were very friendly and organized a great Easter egg hunt for kids. Food options can be better and this was mentioned by other guests too. The beach, pool and surrounding area was fantastic, and this is a great base to explore the south of Mauritius."

"A cozy resort with a lovely small beach area directly in front of the hotel, with the longer beach area easily accessible too. Hotel staff were all genuine, very friendly and helpful. Rooms all very big with balconies, sofa and seat in room and huge bathroom with walk in wardrobe area. Restaurant was nice with enough food choices but not huge ranges (with corresponding huge waste usually!) like other bigger resorts might have. Drinks and food not included in your plan were close to London...
