"Wir haben dieses Hotel nun bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge besucht und waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Mitarbeiter, die zu jeder Zeit freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit waren. Man fühlt sich als Gast jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut. Auch die Zimmer haben uns überzeugt: Sie sind groß, geräumig und sehr sauber. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein angenehmes Ambiente und einen hohen Komfort."

"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. Ondanks volle capaciteit is er genoeg ruimte om toch te genieten van alles. Het voelde aan alsof het hotel niet zo druk was, zo groot is het. We hebben ook heel lekker gegeten. "For an airport hotel, it was very good, staff were super helpful. Only issue was a few maintence issues, but overall i thikn it was a faior value for being so close to the airport - plus they pay for the taxi to and from the hotel, meaning it takes only a minute to get to and from there."
