Amazing place

It was amazing, they also allow us to have an early check in at 10 am, as our flight was in the morning. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The place is family friendly, all of us enjoyed so much. Yes also the food was amazing and every meal was different and delicious.

The hotel is good. Staff was very friendly and the Hotel Management very customer-oriented and focused! Furthermore, the restaurant provides always fresh and delicious food. The beach is very beautiful and clean. You can have a great time at this hotel while enjoying the relaxing surroundings.

We had an amazing 1 week holiday with 2 teenage children. The entertainment was absolutely brilliant. There was a perfect balance of lively places and places to relax and the beach is lovely. Staff were friendly and welcoming. All in all, a great holiday. Thank you Aquaworld Belek x

I liked it because it’s nature around the property. The snacks bar close to the pools are excellent if you don’t like to walk much specially in the hot weather! The food is very good, but the only complaint I could make is to keep the fruit and dessert more cooler in hot season. needs to improve more in cleaning, specially the shower rooms. Water sports too expensive. Very good customer services.

Location is good, quiet around of hotels on the beach. 35mins from airport. A golf course between the hotel and belek town centre. Taxis out side hotel means you can get to belek for about 7€. Hotel grounds are a bit hilly, so fair bit of incline changes. Accessiblity ramps are everywhere. Staff, overall good, some need to be taught how to smile though. Not many of the staff speak any English but not really a problem. Cleanliness, overall pretty good, minor things with bins at main pool being dirty, rooms were clean and tidy. Food, very good actually, decent selection of hot and cold food, like any all inclusive bit repetitive. Restaurants, this was the hotels major let down and why I would give it 5 stars, the main restaurant is simply too small, so finding a table is pot luck and involved walking around for 10-15 mins to wait for one to become available. It's a free for all, although main restaurant opens at 7, they were allowing people in at 6.30, so either get there early or about 8pm. There's two other restaurants that serve an al a carte menu, worth going to, but they don't open on Sunday. So main restaurant is packed on a Sunday. Lunch was much better, more open places and worked much better. Maintenance, gardens and grounds are well looked after, but other areas are neglected, broken tiles Overall the place is trying really hard to be a 5 star but falls short on simple things, but it's one of the better hotels I've been to in the area for trying to be 5 stars.

I liked the pool , staff very polite and friendly but the restaurant was smelling off egg they should do something about it . The hotel very big and the map or directions signs not in every where I lost my way so many times so if you book room it’s better in main building to be close to restaurants, bar and reception because other rooms are out of no where .

We are a family of 4 and really enjoyed our stay. We upgraded our room and it was better for us. The best part was the entertainment staff, in particular Turgay. He was friendly and so helpful! There were lots of activities for us to do. Engaging in these activities helped us meet new people and make friends easily. Our children enjoyed tennis lessons with kids club (and coach Eda). Evening performances were really well done. Some advice would be if you have any concerns regarding the hotel, approach the staff and they take care of it straight away. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and enjoyed our stay at Aquaworld Belek!

10 night stay. Pools were great and beach is lovely. Kids loved the ice cream hut. We enjoyed the night entertainment and dj partys. Foam pool party on Friday and Monday were good fun. The rooms are basic and slightly dated but beds are comfy enough to get a good sleep. Air con was acceptable and did cool the room down enough to sleep comfortably. Lots of choice in food but not to the best qualities. The Mexican and Turkish specialty resturants were no better. We got what we expected for the price we paid and was happy. Staff were friendly and polite. Local taxi were quite expensive for such short trips.

The buffet food and Mexican ala carts (only ala carte) restaurante available for us to book) were awful. Luckily the pool side bar that was open from 11am - 2am wasn’t bad which saved us for the week. Room smelt damp. Shower flooded and we had to call reception every day to top up mini bar. Maid knocked on our door every morning at 9am to clean.

This is a a very large resort. The beach has lovely golden sand and is very well maintained. There are plenty of loungers for all those who want one. The swimming area is large and roped off. The main pool is well presented as are the gardens throughout the property. The main buffet area and choices are plentiful. Staff friendliness was a mix and should be reviewed. The Fitness Centre is in disrepair and should be invested in immediately. The guest rooms and bathrooms are ok. The waterpark needs more inflatables. All this said, this is not a 5 star property. We rate it maximum 3.5 to 4 stars. Expedia should really reclassify this hotel.to match the stay of the facilities as mentioned.

The resort needs a major makeover. The kids area outside was fairly dirty and overused. 2 of the swings didn’t have the harness to buckle small children in, the slides need to be re-painted and peeling and chipping off. Most of the staff don’t speak good English, so made it very difficult to get our concerns across. It took 30 mins for reception to send a bell boy to bring our luggage to reception and our transport was waiting to take us to the airport. We made a major complaint about many things wrong with our room - aircon not working properly, shower broken, phone not working. Request for a room on a lower floor and next to our other party. After a few days they listened and compensated us well. This was positive!

The property was lovely, could’ve been better if it was up to date. The bathroom doors don’t have locks, the blinds for the bathroom is OUTSIDE of the bathroom!! AC wasn’t working as it should. Housekeeping only done the beds, NOT sweep or clean properly. Having a lovely apartment but we had to compromise on the food. Food was not nice at all! Same food EVERYDAY, very bland. Myself and the kids had chips, pasta and burgers everyday. Being in Turkey you would’ve thought you would get decent Turkish food. The A LaCarte Turkish restaurant wasn’t any better, just food taken from the rest and plated fancier. Would not be returning anytime soon. Different pools were lovely, beach was amazing!! So yes some nice things but the food definitely was a let down…

ROOM: We were in room 6306 and even though it was spacious, it could have been better! ❌Little issues like missing skirtings, marks on walls, broken blinds, bath didn’t drain, no cups for tea/coffee, mini fridge hardly filled up, only 4 beds for 5 people, tv’s didn’t work… ✅ Lots of room, beds made daily, powerful shower, 5th bed brought when requested next day, cups brought when requested same day, 2 large bathrooms, mezzanine was fab for family, nice balcony, garden view (peaceful), air con was good, lots of storage space… CLEANLINESS: ❌Room cleaning wasn’t great standard, blob of suncream or something on staircase in room when we arrived which was there until we left!, a good few days no toilet roll was given, same sand on floor for 3 days, toilets not cleaned thoroughly, sticky hand prints on glass all around the hotel which was there the whole 11 days, piles of plates and rubbish in corridors for days, often dirty cups when handed drinks… ✅Beds made daily (not sure if clean sheets daily!), sinks cleaned, fresh towels daily, thorough cleanliness around the pool, always bartenders collecting cups and plates etc, sun loungers clean.. POOLS: ❌Water slide cut my son’s foot (ripped skin off), busy pool bar- long queues! ✅Beautiful pools, clean, tidy, lots of sun loungers available, lots of umbrellas, lots of choice of pools, relax pool is stunning, lovely water temperature, pool activities great, DJ great, lots of room..
