Great place for families with older kids but not so much for toddlers. Misses an outdoor space to relax with kids while not being exposed to the public.
It was a great spot for kids, however i would not come in the winter again as the kids could not ride all the rides and it we were rained out a few times. Food was good and variety was good as well.
It was a great experience! great environments lots to do lots to eat!! full access to land of levends theme parks and everything in the area, beach access is from 1-4:30pm at Rixo Premium Belek which is another resort by shuttle and access to it's amenities which was great! We had great time overall.
Only thing I wish they did was to explain the resort layouts with map, things to do and things that are included and not included upon check in. the place is big and it's very easy to get confused about what you have access to and also part of your all inclusive package.
Overall we are pretty happy about our experience and will be returning next time.
The hotel was very family friendly and child-orientated, with bright decorations and lots of games for them to play in communal areas. The hotel faces the theme park and there was a loud show that took place at 10pm every night which was not great fot young kids getting to sleep. There is also no pool on the kingdom hotel site so you have to go to the theme park, which is very buay. The kids enjoyed the park and the food was good, but this was nor a relaxing family holiday, it was full on 24/7! We did use the facilities at rixos premium belek, which was lovely, but umless you want to stay directly opposite the park then i think the rixos is better for a relaxing break.
Fantastic place for families with too much to do. staff were amazing especially the personal assistants - Seyma sirvan went above and beyond to ensure special food was made for my daughters who had allergies - which is a massive worry for us and now we have a safe place to come to where they don't feel left out. Thank you Land of Legends! We will be back soon!
This holiday was one of the best we have had.Our son was made to feel very special, specially as it was his 11th birthday. The hotel was beautiful, neat and tidy, staff very caring and courteous.Could not have asked for a better experience. We will be back soon for sure with our extended family and friends this time 😊😊.You have got fans for life.😊😊 The theme park was awesome too, we felt safe and enjoyed😊 water park and the rides to the fullest. The theme and water park are just too good to be described in words although we have tried to. More positives are that we can't see any negatives regarding the experience. Thank you so much for accommodating us☺️.
Terrible experience with the staff. They are absolutely useless. Won’t go into particulars.
- Be aware that ‘Beach Access’ is for only a few hours a day. Expedia never informed us of this. Was one of the main reasons we booked.
- A majority of the water park was closed for best part of the week and the water freezing cold in most areas it was open. No advanced warning. 30 degrees temperature almost everyday.
- Expedia didn’t reply or contact us back on the numerous times we contacted them. Hotel refused to deal with any requests as it was booked through Expedia.
All inclusive food was good. Minimal evening entertainment. Dolphin show was very good.
Hotel is desogned for kids. Rooms are wonderful but way over priced.. They also have minimum stay of 3 nights for foreigners two nights for Turkish citizens. Hotel was full of arabic customers. I felt like i am in Saudi Arabia. 8 out of 10 tables at dinners were arabs. The food was wonderful. If you choose not to go theme park there is no pool at the hotel other than indoor. Paying $1200 a night and paying for water at the theme park really bothered me. Hotel should put water stations in many areas where you can scan the bracelets and get water. Having complementary water in 3 spots in acres and acres of land is inconsiderate!! . Dolphin show was spectacular. Paying $170 for dolphin swim was worthy. One can pay $70 per day per person and enter the park. I would have been happy with one night stay. Spa is very nice. Nightly shows outside the hotel’s mall entramce are nice.Boat parade on Venetian like canal and shops are nice. Oh I wanted to take a look at inside Nemo restsurant to see if ilike the ambiance the young girl at desk did not want to let me look. I showed my bracelets and said “ I am paying about $1200 a night and I cannot look at inside” she said no. I was well dressed and I just ignored her and walked right in. It looked very nice but fish soup at $25!!! 2 peace’s of sushi $29 at minimum! Crazy! Despite the high prices venue was full!. Psid nearly $4000 for 3 nights and wanted to book 1 night for following week they asked minimum 2 nights again!!!
The rooms were very nice but dusty. The TV channels constantly showed horror cartoons, which we didn't like at all. The food was good, but the restaurant was very hot; we couldn't breathe. The theme park rides were closed because of the rain, but they weren't open even on sunny days. There was a bit of a staff shortage.
