"Personel ilgisiz. Kahvaltı çok çok kötüydü. Granül kahveye bile para istiyorlar. Bir karşılama bile yok nereye gideceğinizi bilmiyorsunuz. Resepsiyondaki personel türkçe bilmiyor. Odanın tuvalet kapısı bozuk kapanmıyor ve kilit yok. Asansör yok , yaşlınız engelliniz varsa vay halinize. Oda genel olarak temiz."

"Beklediğimden daha iyiydi, temizliği iyiydi, elemanlar günlük temizliğe geliyordu,"

"We stayed there in early September. The à la carte restaurant was terrible with the frozen steaks and fish served. People smoked everywhere: all around the pool, at the hotel entrance, in the crowd during the children's evening show, and even in the tiny no-smoking area on the beach. The food in the main restaurant was fine with a good selection, but I ended up with food poisoning. On the day of our departure, we wanted to use the showers at the spa since we had already checked out of our room....

"The rooms were spotless, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The pools, beach, and spa were all exceptional. Overall, this was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had—you are surrounded by true luxury and made to feel like royalty. Delicious food is available everywhere, and the staff is always eager to assist. The restaurants cater to every taste, with an excellent variety of both international and Turkish cuisine. Each evening featured a spectacular, high-quality show that genuinely blew...

"Niets op aan te merken. Alles goed geregeld."

"Amazing hotel and staff. Not far from the airport. Lots to do with our little boy!"

"This is the best stay you can think of, hotel is brand new but in a good way. All facilities are in beautiful shape and style. The decoration is impeccable, trendy, cozy and modern, nothing is cheap in this place. All is done like in a top hotel. I personally prefer a quieter and more romantic boutique places. The hotel has all the amenities of a larger place but still remains very private. Before it becomes popular - go and take advantage of it! It is very worth it!"

"Clean and friendly staff Excellent"
