"Amazing hotel. Just misses a sports bar"

"Tüm çalışanlar çok nazikti, özellikle Kadir Bey. Konforumuzla yakından ilgilendiler ve tatilimize mutluluk kattılar. Hepsine başarılar diliyorum."

"Everything was perfect and for a budget holiday is was better than expected. Be prepared for the labelling of food not to be the best. The spa was great and good value. Remember to use euros instead of lira as they convert it backwards. They'll always offer euro first. The food varieties was perfect. My only thing is cats! They were everywhere on the outside restaurants. One night I saw a cat jump on the table amd the staff didnt do anything. Because I saw this I told the person sitting...

"My wife and I stayed in the Lagoon Suite for a week. The hotel, staff and facilities are exceptional. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. The lagoon suite was modern and spacious, with access to a swim up pool and exclusive restaurant. The resort is all inclusive and there is so much to choose from in terms of cuisine and drinks. 5 stars all round!"

"The hotel offered great activities, and the food was really good. However, unfortunately, the room let the experience down. There was a strong damp, musty smell, and the wall had extensive peeling paint and damaged plaster, with visible signs of possible water damage. As the shower was directly on the other side of the wall, I was concerned about potential water ingress or an underlying damp problem. It was disappointing to find the room in this condition, as I would expect a better standard...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mardan Palace is a hotel where you truly feel like a queen! The breathtaking interior transports you into a royal fairy tale. Magnificent chandeliers, elegant details, and beautiful lighting create a magical atmosphere. Our room was also beautiful and comfortable. A special thank you to the attentive and welcoming staff for the wonderful service. The food was delicious, and the desserts were so tempting that we simply couldn’t resist! Our stay left us with wonderful memories. I highly...

"Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and I would not rate it more than 3 stars. The internet and Wi-Fi were absolutely terrible throughout our stay, which made it very difficult to stay connected. Communication was also a challenge, as most of the staff either did not speak English or spoke very limited English. The à la carte restaurants were nothing special, and there is essentially one main buffet for most meals. Another major issue was the beach. You have to wake up...

"We had a lovely stay at Limak Lara and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel was great, and the facilities made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. There was a small issue with the hot tub, but the staff resolved it straight away, which we really appreciated. The team were helpful and responsive, making sure everything was sorted quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Limak Lara to others!"

"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell well below our expectations. **The biggest problem is definitely the food.** The food is generally tasteless, poorly cooked and lacks variety. Although the buffet may initially appear to offer plenty of options, there is actually very little worth eating. The entire kitchen operation seriously needs to be reviewed and improved. There were also numerous issues with service and attention to detail. Baked potatoes...

"I like my stay there me and husband had a good time"

"Hotelausstattung topp, Essen vielfältig und schmackhaft, in Summe wirklich empfehlenswert"

"Reception staff miserable and rude upon arrival and unhelpful throughout. Didn't get the room payed for, manager didnt help and just put us to cancellations, terrible. Room wasnt clean, toenails and hair around bedroom, cleaning staff do bare minimum which is surprising as I've always experienced them very good not here, lazy. Location is not near anything so unless staying in hotel dont bother. A tip we found was the bus stops outside, even though not sign, worth using as was only 78p, taxis...

"Brand new property with modern, clean rooms and a great layout — restaurants centrally located so you can dine inside or out. Pillow menu available, a thoughtful touch. Shoutout to the team: Ender, Hakan, Emre & Ratuhan (bars — Hakan’s smoked cocktail is a must try!), Gulhan (pool bar on roller skates — fun and faster service!), Mehmet (DJ), Berkay (Wen), Mustafa (restaurants), Huseyn (Degusto), Ece (personal assistant — proactive and handled everything), Rhea (cleaning — spotless every...
