"We arrived before our designated check in time due to a very early flight, expecting just to drop our bags, but the reception staff were able to check us in early as our rooms were already ready. Generally they were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the hotel was convenient for our visit to the city."

"The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of The Grand Place. Steps away from foodies paradise - Belgian waffle, frites and chocolate lovers places at every corner. 15 minutes away from Atomium and Mini-Europe, Manneken Pis, Gallerie St. Hubert are both steps away too. Highly recommended. Staff were amazing and the rooms are well kept and spacious. Definitely coming back to this hotel😊"

"Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."

The location was excellent with the Grand Place nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Our friends had a room close to ours which made it convenient."

"This hotel was just ok. I definitely would not stay here in the summer again because the room was so hot and the windows did not have screens and let mosquitoes in. The room was pretty clean but had a lot of wear and tear and dingy baseboards."
