"The room was comfortable, clean & nicely furnished but the shower floor & tiles were quite mouldy.
The downstairs toilets needed a good clean too.
A good breakfast was available but the eggs were cold.
The restaurant meal and staff was excellent
The hospitality staff and chef were exceptionally good & went out of their way to provide excellent service, as we were having a birthday celebration there. Every aspect of our event was well planned and managed & everything went well."
