"We were welcomed by staff and were given a great run down about places to go and things to see as we are not frequent visitors to the mountains. We stayed in the Parisienne room. What a gorgeous place. We opened the door and the first thing that caught my eye was the full window with a view of the beautiful trees, & such a gorgeous sight to see first thing in the morning. The room was excellent, with generous amount of items for breakfast. The bath was amazing and great after a day of walks...

"Restaurant was handy for a meal the buffet was good but food could have been a bit warmer, parking was easy and having a gated entry it made us feel very safe as Melbourne doesn’t have a very good reputation.

"The breakfast was fairly average – a typical Australian hotel breakfast, nothing particularly good or bad. There was also an Asian option, which was fried rice on the day I stayed, but unfortunately it was quite disappointing and not very tasty.
One highlight, though, was the fresh juice station where guests could make their own freshly squeezed juice. This is a nice touch and something you don't often find in Australian hotels."

"I was disappointed with my stay because several details listed about the hotel were inaccurate. There is no airport shuttle service, and lunch is not provided, contrary to what was advertised.
The room itself also needs attention. The sofas and bed are outdated and should be repaired or replaced. The air conditioner in my room was not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable.

"The apartment was very big, comfortable and well set up, particularly for the price. It was clean, although the dishwasher hadn't been unloaded and some of the dishes in the cupboard needed a bit of a wash. The curtain to the living area was semi-transparent though which was a little odd and I'm not sure how much could be seen in at night and the room looked directly into the windows of the next block. Also the balcony door didn't lock. None of these were really a problem just minor points....

Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet".
