"Boy oh boy where do I start? Mama Shelter Belgrade is a swanky, ultra modern, vibrant hotel. It's located inside a massive shopping center and yet offers privacy when necessary. This is another optimally located hotel that is across from Belgrade Fortress (Park). The staff was awesome - Alexander was exceptional -. The are surrounding the hotel is also very safe and perfect if you prefer to gradually discover the city. It's a must stay again for me and the entertainment (live band)was a welcomed surprise too. "The hotel is perfectly located. The room was modern, clean, and with all necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will go there again with not a single hesitation."

"The location is perfect. The breakfast is amazing. The room was fine and had a nice view. The staff were friendly. Two negatives were: 1) smokers in adjacent rooms or areas affected the air in my room, and 2) the shower configuration was that the entire bathroom gets soaked when you take a shower. There was only one small glass half-divider that barely contained the spray. "

"The Hotel is very luxury and beautiful, but the staff was not well trained, at least not at the St. Regis standards, in my room there was no laundry bag, no writing pen, no cotton pads. I have to call for everything. It feels like something is missing, hopefully they will mange the property better in the future."
