Late check-in was super easy with clear communication from the hotel on how to self-checkin Calls made earlier in the week to the hotel were answered immediately. Great hotel for those attending a concert at the Crocodile or for those planning on staying out late. Otherwise, the noise level is no joke. It was loud in that room til 2AM!
