"Good location. A lot of drugs around the area. Never felt unsafe but if you’re not used to seeing that, it’s a bit of a culture shock. Only coffee and water to drink at the hotel so plan ahead if you want something else in your room. "

"Great space with tons of character while still feeling modern and very clean. I love the ac/heat mini split, the couches, the gator statues and the free candy! I’d request the complimentary coffee be out before 9am, but noon checkout and coffee every 10 steps (Seattle!) more than compensate. I cannot wait to return to watch another concert of a lifetime (Moonchild changed me! Love love love!) and a comfortable night upstairs to rest and have a nice lazy morning after. Wish I could give it 11...

"Charming hotel, friendly staff, cute room with everything we needed. Bathroom is updated, clean, and well-stocked. Roof garden is a nice touch -- great views. Location is perfect for attending an event at Climate Pledge, and there are some good places to eat within easy walking distance."

"The staff were wonderful from the valets to the doorman David along with Gene and the front desk staff, also our housekeeping staff daily kept our room in tip top shape daily. First time staying at a 1 hotel and now definitely not our last time. The hotel lobby is beautiful with warm tones and greenery all around to make one at ease & relaxed. The location is great as well just minutes to all the places one wants to see when visiting Seattle."

"Loved my room! Two things: my room felt a bit on the cool side, even with the thermostat maxed out at 76. I thought I felt cool air coming out of the vent (but was too tired to contact the desk about it). The bathroom ceiling fan could use a dusting. All in all, very happy."

"Rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, I had an issue with my bathroom sink drain. Aside that, there’s no onsite parking in case you’re thinking of a rental however they have valet service for $65 per night (as of the time of this writing)"
