"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Seattle last night. The hotel was clean, and the staff I interacted with were friendly and courteous. However, the property feels a bit dated and could benefit from some updates. The room service breakfast was extremely expensive—about $50 after service and delivery fees—for a meal for one. The hash browns arrived as one large, hard, overly crispy chunk that was inedible. To their credit, room service replaced the meal, but it was inconvenient and delayed...

"The useful amenity was the late check-out. The room was clean enough, but smelled like cat pee right as you enter, which diminishes one's sense of cleanliness. Location is good, a half mile walk from Pike Place, the Waterfront and ferry landing, and a half-mile walk in the other direction to the Space Needle, Chihuly museum, and Seattle Center. We felt safe enough, but there are many homeless people on the streets in that neighborhood, and an armed guard at the hotel door after 10pm."

"It was in a very convenient location and the best part is that you could check in your luggage early in the morning and explore Seattle until you are able to check into the hotel at 4pm. They also had services to take you to your designated pier if you are scheduled for a cruise. I highly recommend it!!"

"We loved our one night in the Arctic Club. The bathrooms are so cute with fun tile and wallpaper. The breakfast is superb! I also loved that I could text a question and get a quick reply. Oh, and don't miss the Sky View Observatory around the corner from the hotel! It had beautiful views of Mt. Rainer!"

"The king room was larger than expected and very well-furnished! Felt like an apartment. I didn’t love the pillows (too much air), but the bed was cozy and clean. Ample closet, living room area with couch and TV, plus fridge, nice shower. Staff was hardly around, but they are very responsive by phone and helpful when you do see them.
