"Great place to stay in Seattle! Totally can walk to everywhere, it is Seattle though so obviously don’t walk alone at night. Great amenities, they even have bikes you can borrow to explore with. Nice nespresso in the room and coffee in the lobby. Clean room, the bed was a little hard but I’m sure that’s preference."

"Bathroom had no place to put personal items. Shelves 4-5 inches wide so no room for a shaving kit. No place in shower for personal items. Room is outdated."

"This was a lovely place. Clean modern room, extremely friendly staff, and great location. Bathrooms were modern and the heated floors were nice but I will not the water pressure and drainage was slow probably from being an older building but the facilities were very modern otherwise. The shows at night could definitely be heard but nothing earplugs couldn’t fix which was provided by the hotel. The arrangement of our room was lovely with seating area and beds separated across from each other...

"Room service poor. Brought to us in paper bag. No tray. One set of utensils for two of us. Maid service poor. We left hotel at 9:00 AM on Saurday Returned to room at 4pm and bed unmade, no towels. Came and fixed soon. Hotel phones often unanswered. Obvious u r using recorded/ AI and not live employees. Phone system overall weak spot."

"There is no elevator in this hotel and check in is up a pretty good flight of stairs. They did offer to carry our luggage up. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable but it was small. One reason I booked at this hotel was for the free continental breakfast, but I was a little disappointed in it. They do have amazing coffee cups and coffee though!! The other reason I chose this hotel was its distance to the cruise dock but don’t let that .3 miles fool you!! Luckily it’s down...
