"I was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. The carpet was heavily stained and visibly dirty, making it look like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. There were also dirt stains on the walls, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. On top of that, the room had a strong mildew odor that made it feel damp and unclean from the moment I walked in. "The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great both mornings we stayed. They kept everything clean and refilled with a good amount of options for everyone. The lounge area was nice and clean along with the room. The provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash was great! Some things starting to starting to show some age and wear, odd damp smell in the main floor hallway, but overall well maintained and I would choose to stay here again for another Kings Island visit."
