"I checked in at 7:30 which was considered after hours so the door was locked. I had to call to find someone to help me. The elderly lady came to the door after a while but struggled to get it unlocked. I told her I was checking in and she kept asking me what room I was in. Finally I saw 2 keys on the counter with my name and explained I believed those were for me. I had reserved 2 rooms. The 1st room had a broken flusher on the toilet. "Rooms need lamps/outlets updated to allow usb plug in. Smart TVs would also be a nice touch. Had a small issue with the room that the GM personally addressed. Dinner was lackluster, but for something that’s free it’s serviceable. Staff an the overall property were both A+ though"
