"My son and I stayed here on 6/17. We checked in around 8:30pm and left the next day just before 11am so we weren't here long. We just needed a place to shower and sleep after a long day at Kings Island and this place served its purpose. We weren't up for breakfast so I can't speak to that but check-in was easy, the person was polite, we had no issues with the room, etc. This is my 2nd time staying here and I would definitely stay again."

"Refused to stay at the property after checking. Checkin is a virtual assistant machine, the actual check in desk is behind bullet proof glass and not attended. Completed checking and the drove around the parking lot to park and go in. Parking lot was full of broken down and appeared to be abondend cars and old rvs. Went upto our room, toilet seat was broken off, not the room I had booked on line as it was to have a jetted tub. Seat cover chair in the room was cracked open. Bed spread was stained...

"This was quick overnight stay and we checked in too late to try the pool, but the beds were comfy and the breakfast was wonderful! The area also was conveniently located and felt safe. Thank you, Kacey, for your kindness at check-in and the woman worked the breakfast area was also hardworking and kindly interacted her with guests. This was a great, quick stop for the night. "So im not sure where to start.. we got a hotel room for 2 nights. The first night we got into the pool. The pool had a a chunk of hair around the side of it. Also none of the jets was filtering the pool so the pool was cloudy. We immediately got out and took a shower. Stains and smelled like urine. The next morning the elevator doors wasnt working and when we reported it they was rude about it. Also black mold on window!!! Also have pictures of how disgusting the room was."
