"The area was nice. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with one king and they wouldn’t switch rooms to what I booked. The room was ant infested and there was a used nicotine pouch on the floor when we walked in. The pullout couch was dirty as well. "

Hotel didn’t refund my money and didn’t give me night when I asked. Poor hotel management who don’t care about customers."

"A++ We liked everything about this hotel! Our room was perfect with a comfy bed and thick, soft towels. We did not eat breakfast at the restaurant because it was a $16.95 buffet and we are not big breakfast eaters. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we’ll ever be back in Mason but if we are we will definitely be back!! "

"It was welcoming to pets and the property is in a great ideal location in which we could walk everywhere such as local restaurants and shops with easy access to the amazing trail. "

"This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in Mason in all my visits. Extremely overpriced. I paid $180 per night for two nights. Check in was not good. I could barely understand what the front desk guy was saying. The room was very small, dated and musty smelling. There was no USB port in the room! Breakfast sucked. The eggs weren't real. I'm not sure what they were made out of. The English muffin was cold with no way to toast it. I will never stay here again."
