"I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid.
I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes.

"Nice, quiet hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was ok. I'm only deducting a point because the hot tub was not working and that was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. "Great view from bayside rooms of planes landing at SFO.
Discovered that the shower had a tricky operating mechanism with no instructions evident! As a result did not take a morning shower.
There was a very nice breakfast buffet included in the room price with good eggs, waffles, toast etc.
The shuttle bus to the airport comes only every half hour and was crowded! It did only take 10 minutes to get to terminal 1, though!"
