We loved the location in the heart of Bellagio and the pool area was the highlight. Check in was reasonably friendly but we had communication issues about the restricted garage height despite letting them know ahead of time we had a roof box. The flat was not in the main building and was a 5th floor walk up. One person in our party struggled with the stairs. It would have been nice to mention this at booking. The flat itself was nice but we found the shower pressure was low and water took a long time to heat up. The AC was more of a cooling system than real AC and was very noisy. This was all forgotten by the time we got to the pool which is really amazing with very nice cocktails and a very friendly bartender. The property is dog friendly and there is a nice beach nearby for pets to cool down. We also appreciated being given a bit more time to checkout and use the garage. All in all I would recommend this property.

Recomendado más que un hotel

Mucho más de lo esperado! La comunicación desde la llegada fue ideal para el check in, el departamento es muy lindo, cómodo, limpio y mucho mejor que llegar a un hotel.

There are so many positive things I can say about this apartment - clean, comfortable beds, communication with host, location, parking (for small fee), washing machine, etc. We stayed for a week and were so happy we took a chance on this place. Thanks to Andrea, Yassine and Syria for their planning assistance, too! Caio…until we return one day.

Andrea the co-owner was super helpful. We got there past the check-in got off time of 8 PM and he kept checking with us to make sure that we could get in and finally he did help us even at 9:30 at night almost close to 10 to help us take our luggage all the way up to the apartment. He made sure that we got dinner before the restaurant was closing. Walking distance to everything in town easy access to shopping restaurants Marina, very centrally located and a very comfortable and modern apartment in a quaint part of town just a beautiful gem.

The location couldn’t have been better. Literally 5 minute walk to everything. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The only reason I did not give perfect score was the AC was not that great. Especially in the master bedroom we were very uncomfortable all night with the AC set at the lowest. Also, it wasn’t an issue for me, but several in the family were not thrilled about all of the stairs to get up to the unit.

Everything about this property is fantastic, beginning with the 5 star attentiveness and help that Arianna gave us. The apartment is thoroughly updated and will full amenities, including a washer/dryer which came in handy during our three week vacation tour. The apartment is located right smack on the best street of Bellagio; just steps from everything. A great plus was that we had access to a secure garage just 1 block away in which to keep our rental. The only drawback was is that the apartment is locate on the fourth floor and bringing the suitcases up required effort (specially since my gf did not pack lightly!), but going up and down stairs is part of exploring these medieval towns. We loved our stay and highly recommend Il Borgo!
