"Liked the box breakfast"

"Hotel appeared to be clean. Surrounding area (I assume this was not the Hotel property) was in need of attention. Location was convenient to local areas. All in all - acceptable."

"I enjoyed the breakfast very much. The TV was disappointing. It only had about 10 channels, and 3 of them were Spanish. There was no channel guide. It was hard to put up with. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. The personnel was kind and helpful."

"There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted."

"I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but the paint on the walls was dingy with stains, and in need of a fresh coat. The furniture is all very old and dated, but perfectly functional. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows need an update. "Guy at front desk was listening to an audio book and it took us quite awhile to get his attention to check in. But once we did he was very nice and apologetic. Everything else was great."

"Very nice, room was large, bed was comfy, staff was helpful. Breakfast was a choice of 5 different boxed meals delivered to your door at the time you request. I saw complaints on this prior to our stay. We actually really liked the options and convenience. It was just enough to satisfy us in the privacy of our room and we didn’t have to get up, get dressed and get downstairs at a certain time. I actually wish more hotels would offer this."

"This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again."

"The rooms are dated, bathroom wasn’t clean found a bottle cap and hair in the tub. Be careful when booking a double room it says the beds are queens but they are actually full size beds. Probably won’t be back."

"I stayed with my wife for 2 nights in early July and we were very pleased with the Inn and the room. Great sunsets from the beach over the East Bay. They get the little details right: cookies in the reception, a welcome note, a night light in the bathroom, steamer instead of an iron, easy parking on site."
