"Beautiful setting. I was a bit confused about advertised lake who is actually not on the property and holds little for guests. Pool area was wonderful very quiet with trees and birds. Heinz was most helpful in sugges outings and arranging driver. A few niggles: Breakfasts like all in Sri Lanka could use some tweaking with toast presented first to go cold and items not offered but available such as tomatoes or bacon: readily provided when requested. "The resort is set back from a busy road in a fabulous nature setting. Beware that 20 out of the 26 "rooms" are tents and only 6 are solid built cottages. If you want a glamping style close to nature experience then the tents are fabulous. If you want to have more privacy go for the cottages, which are very large and beautiful. Staff was extremely helpful. As we were few people breakfast and dinner options were limited but very tasty. Excellent option for a luxury stay in thw dambulla triangle."
