"Despite the dry and dull atmosphere resulting from its ageing condition, this property still deserves a rating of four out of five. It is a good retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, and a short walk to Geelong Botanical Garden and the waterfront. More importantly, the king-room accommodation we booked for two nights was good value for money. "A disaster.
1. Construction going on in hotel, early noise.
2. Room not very clean.
3. Next door room, partying all night.
4. Had to move rooms at 1am, the hotel didn’t remove the party guests.
The hotel is dated, obviously that’s why there is construction going on, but overall I can’t recommend this hotel."
