"The lobby was big, colorful, and clean. The room was very clean and I loved the shampoo and conditioner provided. The location was great. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel. While the free breakfast was small compared to other hotel breakfast buffets, it provides everything you need. The hotel staff was very friendly as well."

"The hotel is q true gem just on interstate 57 before the I74 interstate junction. It was very clean and comfortable. They have surprisingly nice amenities. They have guest laundry. Tony the front door personnel made it thatch nicer. He's very good with customer service. I will definitely comeback again ."

It was clean and quiet, but there was something strange about the bed and I just about cracked my head open on the nightstand because it’s impossible to sit on the side of the bed without sliding off. I fixed it by putting a towel on the bed for friction staff. "We came here late Thursday evening after severe storms in our area left us without electricity and water. We woke up early Friday to a room literally swarming with ants and packed up as quickly as possible, all while brushing ants off of ourselves. There was no management on site and no one willing or able to do ANYTHING other than take my name and number saying that management would contact me. They haven't. I have called multiple times only to get the run around and was even hung up on. AVOID...

"This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."
