"Our room was clean and comfortable. What made this booking exceptional was the lengths Sergio went to in order to help us find our way to Zefiro Suites after our GPS stopped working. He actually found us in the city and escorted us to our destination. In all my years of traveling, I have never had such help, all with a kind and generous disposition. He truly was a trip savior. Roberta was so kind and accomodating and just a joy to speak with - she even made us some omelettes and cappucinos in the morning. Close to Quattro Canti and all the spots in old town. "The rooms are well decorated, modern, clean and tidy. Located on the 1st floor (no lift though but that's common in the old buildings) in the heart or the old town. I'd definitely stay here again. Marina was super friendly, she gave us a tourist map and circled the places to visit. Also, the tourist information center is across the road so that was a great benefit."

"One of the best places we stayed at in Sicily. Loved how modern and clean our room was. The soap, extra pillows and hot water made a big difference--something you don't normally think about. The bed was also very comfortable. Francesco was super helpful and friendly with our check-in and parking inside their garage. Driving thru the narrow alley streets of Palermo is definitely not for the faint of heart. I will caution that it is on the main street with tons of restaurants and is closed off to...
