"The property was well located just off the pedestrian street with restaurants etc. Also only 700 meters to the train station for day trips etc. Check-in was simple and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was that our room overlooked a jazz bar that played loud music in the evening until midnight. I would recommend that you ask for a quiet room not overlooking the courtyard. However the room size was good, it was clean and comfortable"

"This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room...

Stephi and Elanora were very helpful -nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was included -plenty of choice even though nothing was cooked. Good communication pre visit and especially with late self check in Would definitely recommend -great location too in the old part of Palermo -5 minutes from the cathedral"
