"The person at the desk was rude to me when I approached her about my key not working. I told her the issue and she snapped back at me, “relax!” Then another male employee came to the desk and asked to see the key. When he looked at it, he threw it across the lobby, telling the desk clerk not to use that key. I found this entire episode very strange. I avoided speaking to the desk clerk during the remainder of our stay."

"As soon as we checked into the room I noticed the sheets on the trundle bed under the sofa were stained and dirty asking with the sofa. When I called to ask that the sheets be changed I was told the employee I was speaking to was the only one there and that housekeeping was gone for the evening. "The parking was easily accessible. The room was clean but flies were present there and the check-in clerk had to have a fly swatter to try and rid the lobby of them. The staff we encountered was friendly and helpful."

"Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was cool and ready for my arrival. Bed and pillows were comfortable. All amenities worked in my room. Only complaint about the room was the TV. Picture quality was not great. Which was fine since only needed to use the TV for white noise. There was no real area for pet relief besides small patches of grass. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay again."
