"This property is located in an undesirable area. Neighboring properties are surrounded by chain-link fencing. There were 2 cars in the hotel parking lot that had been vandalized, and the management had signs posted prominently, alerting guests that the hotel was not responsible for vehicles or belongings left in the hotel parking lot. We did not feel safe, so we checked out of the hotel an hour after checking in. Manager refused to refund our deposit, so we were out >$100. We stayed at the...

"Booked through Expedia and when we checked in, were given a room on the ground floor immediately adjacent to the front lobby and near the vending machines, elevator, etc. - with a view of the parking lot.
Besides the fact that we felt like we were given the worst room in the hotel, it became apparent overall that the property is lacking upkeep and is managed with extreme cost-saving in mind everywhere you look.
It smelled musty when we entered, the tub surround was moldy/deteriorated...
