O dono não sabe o que significa profissionalismo, afirma ter problemas com recebimento de comissão por parte da Hoteis.com, e reclama isso com os clientes, como se tivéssemos culpa dos transtornos dele, fazendo com que se eu tivesse de favor la, fiz a reserva e paguei, se ele não quer ou não acha mais satisfatório a parceria com a Hoteis ele pode retirar facilmente o hotel dele da qui evitando transtornos maiores e estragar a viagem de terceiros, cafe da manha muito fraco, porém gostaria de deixar um elogio a um senhor que trabalha lá e a um jovem que ao contrário do dono foram muito gentis

Hostel tranquilo no coração de BH.

Fiquei apenas um dia, mas os donos do hostel são pura simpatia e me deixaram super a vontade, senti-me em casa! O bairro é muito bom, bem central e perto de tudo. Também adorei o espaço da casa.. super amplo com aquele charme por ser antiga e carregar um pouco da história da cidade.
